AC3 Software and Data Carpentry Workshops

Available dates in spring 2025

  • Part 1 will be offered as a one-day in-person session: March 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Part 2 will be offered as a two-hour online session: April 5, 12, 19, 26, and May 3

Who should attend

This workshop is designed for researchers who want to learn how to write programs that perform reproducible analyses for biomedical data science and is suitable for university students of all levels.

Workshop curriculum

This workshop is based on the curriculum developed by The Carpentries and teaches students to use Jupyter notebooks. Participants will learn essential Python and R skills in data analysis and computational practices.
